The Vacation Ownership Association of Southern Africa (“VOASA”) hereby advises that we are aware of an investigation into certain business irregularities pertaining to Golf and Leisure Joint Ownership (Pty) Ltd formerly trading as Seeff Fractional Ownership.

VOASA has formulated a task team to investigate these issues in an attempt to ascertain what degree, if any consumers and/or investors would be affected. With immediate effect, Mr H. Hi Joanna and Kate. We are aware of the recent changes with regards to SEEFF Fractional Ownership, and understand that there is an investigation currently being conducted by VOASA (Industry regulator) until the findings of this investigation are published we are unfortunately unable to help you or comment on this. What I will do is ask for comment from both VOASA and Henry Greyling with regards to your concerns. Kind Regards Dirk Wilson www.fractionalownership.co.za

To any investors into Villa 47 at Zimbali - my husband and I have invested in this property for over three years now and not one brick has been laid. Seeff seem now to be withdrawing credits given to us as compensation. Are you in the same situation? Perhaps we should join ranks? Please get in touch if you would like to do so.

4 days prior to golf and leisure losing their licence with seeff i signed a contract with them for purchase of shares in a holiday apartment. I have already put down a deposit. I am now stuck in the middle with no shares and most probably going to lose my deposit! what a disaster!!!! luckily i did not pay the full amount in one go. maybe i still have a chance of getting out.
