Sectional title hotels provide investors the option to purchase rooms and suites situated within a hotel or hospitality resort. The sectional title owners enter into an agreement directly with the hotel – this agreement is commonly known as a 'Rooms revenue agreement' these agreements entail leisure usage of the hotel room or suite for a defined period each year, the remaining time available in the room can be rented out by the hotel operator - the room revenue is then pooled periodically and any profits can be distributed amongst the co-owners within that room or suite.
