Perspective, The Leading Shared Ownership Magazine, confirms its second year of media sponsorship for Ragatz Associates' 2010 Fractional Interest Conference, which will be held March 29 through 31 at the Fairmont San Francisco. Perspective International Ltd publishes Perspective magazine.
