When did you launch Winchester Marketing?

Winchester Marketing was launched 20 years ago.

Do you only offer both Timeshare & Fractional interests?

Winchester Marketing specializes in Marketing, sales, development, and as managing agent in leisure properties. To this end it sells Whole ownership, Fractions as well as timeshare.

What is the most 'in-demand' resort you guys represent at the moment?

A huge portion of our portfolio is centred around the Kruger Park – and hence for whole ownership and fractional sales Mjejane is our leading resort – but for timeshare it is Ngwenya Lodge.

Do Winchester Marketing develop the all of the properties you sell within your portfolio?

No – we develop around 25% of our properties. We also develop within developments for our fractional sales – so in effect we develop within 50% of our portfolio.
 

What value added services can a buyer enjoy if they purchase through you?

We have our own destination club for our fractional investors – as well as a number of value added products such as FGASA courses that we run from our offices. We run fly – fishing clinics – and generally anything that adds value to our owners in terms of their property investments.
